Act As Feature

In your Parent/Company account, you are able to Act As your agents to see what they are seeing in their individual SocialBAY accounts.

To do this, click the "Hi [Company Name]" button in the upper right-hand corner and select Act As.
In the window that appears, select which agent you want to Act As and press Ok.
Once you select, you will see SocialBAY as if you were logging in as that Agent. Anything that you create while Acting As, will save under that agent’s account.

To stop Acting As, select the Stop Acting As button at the top; this will put you back into the main company account.
