Need to see exactly what your agent sees? The Act As feature allows you to step into an agent's shoes to troubleshoot, help them set up their profile, or view their specific content—all without needing their login credentials!
Follow these steps to access an agent's view:
Open the Menu: Click the Company Name Profile image in the upper right-hand corner of your SocialBAY dashboard.
Select Act As: Click the Act As option from the dropdown menu.
Choose Your Agent: In the pop-up window, search for or select the agent you wish to impersonate.
Confirm: Press OK.
You are now viewing the platform exactly as that agent does.
⚠️ IMPORTANT While in "Act As" mode, any changes you make or content you create will be saved directly to that agent's account.
When you are finished helping your agent, returning to your Parent Account is easy:
Stop Acting As: Click the Stop Acting As button located in the banner at the top of your screen.
You will be instantly toggled back to your main corporate dashboard.
Troubleshooting: Helping an agent connect their social media pages.
Quality Control: Checking how an agent's automated posts look.
Support: Setting up a specific landing page or ad on behalf of an agent.
