ADMIN: Adding and Removing Agents in SocialBAY

This article is for our clients that have SocialBAY ONLY
You can easily ADD new agents to the SocialBAY platform and REMOVE agents through your Parent Account.

Adding New Agents

  1. Login to your SocialBAY Parent Account
  2. Select the User Management tab from the left side navigation menu.
  3. Click Invite New Agent in the upper left hand side of the screen. 
  4. Fill out the form that appeared and then press the green Send Invitation Button. This will send the agent an email that they can access their SocialBAY platform through.
  5. If you get a red alert saying "Email address is already associated with a Back At You account, this means your agent already has/had an account with us. Simply email your Back At You Account Manager so we can assign this agent to your account for you!

Resending An Agent Invite

Sometimes agents don't accept the email invitation right away, it goes to spam, or they accidently delete it. That is ok!
You can easily resend their invitation.
  1. Login to your SocialBAY Parent Account
  2. Select the User Management tab from the left side navigation menu.
  3. Find the agent that you need to resend an invitation.
  4. Select the Actions drop down menu associated with that agent.
  5. Select Resend Invitation

Changing an Email Address For Your Agent's Invitation

Some agents might ask you to change the email address being used for their email invitation.
  1. Login to your SocialBAY Parent Account
  2. Select the User Management tab from the left side navigation menu.
  3. Find the agent that you need to change the email address for.
  4. Select the Actions drop down menu associated with that agent.
  5. Select Change Email Address
  6. Make sure the the new email address is correct and then select the box saying you want to resend an email invitation.
  7. Select Confirm.

Removing Agents from SocialBAY

When you need to remove an agent from your account you can do so through your SocialBAY Parent Account
  1. Login to your SocialBAY Parent Account
  2. Select the User Management tab from the left side navigation menu.
  3. Find the agent that you need to remove.
  4. Select the Actions drop down menu associated with that agent.
  5. Select Remove Agent.
