Maintaining your roster is simple! As a SocialBAY-only client, you have full control over adding, updating, and removing agents directly from your Parent Account.
Ready to get a new team member started? Here is how to send an invite:
Login to your SocialBAY Parent Account.
Select the User Management tab from the left-hand menu.
Click the Invite New Agent button in the upper left corner.
Fill out the form with the agent's details and click the green Send Invitation button.
The agent will receive an email with instructions on how to access their new platform.
[!IMPORTANT] Seeing a red alert? If it says "Email address is already associated with a Back At You account," the agent has an existing profile. Simply email your Account Manager, and we will move them to your account for you!
If an invite gets buried in an inbox or lost in spam, you can easily give it a nudge:
Go to the User Management tab.
Find the agent in your list.
Click the Actions dropdown menu next to their name.
Select Resend Invitation.
If an agent prefers a different email for their account, you can update it on the fly:
Go to the User Management tab.
Find the agent and select the Actions dropdown.
Select Change Email Address.
Enter the new address and ensure the box to resend the invitation is checked.
Select Confirm.
When an agent moves on, you can quickly remove them to keep your account secure:
Go to the User Management tab.
Find the agent you need to remove.
Select the Actions dropdown menu.
Select Remove Agent.
