Build master templates in Design Manager that automatically pull in agent and property data, and use Dynamic Locks to keep your brand style consistent and professional.
Open Admin Management: Go to Design Studio and click Admin Management.
Go to Templates: Click Templates.
Create: Click Create Template to open the editor and begin your design.
Make images (like headshots or house photos) update automatically for your agents:
Insert an image: Place your image placeholder on the canvas.
Open settings: Click Layer Settings.
Choose the data source: Select Listing Image (pulls photos from the listing the agent selects) or Profile Image (pulls the agent's own profile picture).
Set constraints: Use the Dynamic Lock toggles to decide what the agent can't change. To prevent an agent from moving or resizing the image, toggle that setting off.
Let text boxes fill themselves with names, prices, or descriptions:
Insert text: Add a text box to your template and click Layer Settings.
Style the text: Choose your Font Color (Current or Brand Color) and select your preferred Text Format.
Set limits: Enter a Max Text Count so the text doesn't overflow or break the layout.
Link the data: In the Text Template section, click Customize Data and select which Listing Info or User Data should appear in this box.
Lock for consistency: Use the Dynamic Lock toggles to restrict the agent from changing the font, size, or position.
Name your template: Give your template a clear name at the top center of the page.
Save: Click Save, then choose Draft if you're still working on it or Active to make it available to your agents immediately.
Categorize: Select the relevant Category (for example, "Just Listed" or "Social Media") so agents can find it easily.
