Using the Admin Management Feature in Design Studio Admin allows you to create templates with Dynamic Fields that your agents can use. 

 

•  Click on TEMPLATES

•  Click on CREATE TEMPLATE

•  Begin creating the template you want to make available for your agents.

•  If you want to make an IMAGE FIELD DYNAMIC, once you insert the image you will want to;

1. Click Layer Settings
2. Select the field you want to automatically pull when an agent is editing. Listing Image will pull from the Listing the agent selects and Profile Image will pull in the agent’s profile picture, etc.  
3. You will also be able to set the Dynamic Lock to limit exactly what changes users may make to an object. To lock a function and stop users from modifying it, just toggle it off.

·       To use the TEXT DYNAMIC FIELD, once you insert a text box you will want to; 

1.     Click on Layer Settings

2.     You will want to choose your FONT COLOR, either Current Color or a Brand Color

3.     You will be able to choose your TEXT FORMAT

4.     Set the Max Text Count for the Field

5.     In the Text Template you will click on Customize Data to insert the dynamic fields you want by scrolling through the options to pull from the Listing Info or User Data

6.     You will also be able to set the Dynamic Lock to limit exactly what changes users may make to an object. To lock a function and stop users from modifying it, just toggle it off.

·       Name your Template and Click SAVE at the top center of the page.

1.     Make your Template a DRAFT or ACTIVE.

2.     Choose the Category or Categories for your Template.
