ADMIN: How to Enable Your Listing Engine

LISTING ENGINE allows you to Automatically post and advertise your agents’ new listings on their own social networks. Broker accounts can capitalize on your agents’ best opportunity to turn business into more business. Whether someone is scrolling through Instagram, performing a Google search, or simply surfing the web, Back At You will get your company’s new listings and branding in front of potential buyers


THIS GUIDE WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO ENABLE YOUR LISTING ENGINE
This tool allows you to automatically post and advertise segements of new listings that your agents get. 
NOTE: We may only have access to listings of agents who have connected listings in their SocialBAY Account. If you are not sure if this applies to your account, please contact your Account Manager.

LET'S GET STARTED
  1. Click on the Settings wheel at the top of your SocialBAY Account. 
  2. Click on "Ads" in the Menu that appears


  1. Then you will turn on the Listing Engine by clicking "ON" 



1. SET LISTING PREFERENCES
  1. Customize the groups of listings that you would like to promote. 
  2. Choose if you would like to EXCLUDE any types of listings 


  1. You can also create multiple combinations of Listings called "Segments"




2. Set your Campaign and Budget 
    *Our Optimized Campaigns include Social Media, Web Display Ads, and Web Retargeting to get you the best results across these platforms.  *Ask your Account Manager to ensure that Optimized Campaigns has been enabled for your brokerage 
  1. Set your budget per listing status. The minimum is $7 per day for optimized campaigns. When enabled, individual users will not be able to choose their own campaign type. *Campaigns that last 4 days or less will not include retargeting. 
  2. Listing Engine is available for Solds ONLY if we are receiving Solds in your MLS feed. 
  3. Set the target radius per listing (proximity to the address) 


3. REVIEW AND FINALIZE 
    1.  Review the Ad Summary. 
    2. Check the Box that you have read and understand the terms of advertising. 
    3. Click the "Activate Now" button. 


LISTING ADS CAMPAIGN TYPE
This setting allows you to choose a campaign objective when creating listing ads for your company page or your agents.
You can choose website traffic or leads as the desired objective.
*Please note: This affects all listing ads associated with your account, including Listing Engine ads for your agents.




LISTING ENGINE DARK POSTS 
These ads will not appear as posts on your agents' social media newsfeeds but run as sponsored ads to your target audience. For example you want to advertise your agents listings but you don't want to post on your company's social media, checking yes will help you accomplish that.
