ADMIN: Setting Listing Overlay Templates in the Parent Account for Auto Posting


✨ How to Set Up Auto-Post Listing Overlays

To ensure your brokerage's listings look professional and branded when they hit your company pages, you'll want to set up a Listing Post Design (Overlay). This adds a consistent frame or design to your property photos automatically.

Follow these quick steps to get set up:

🛠️ Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Log In 🔑

    Ensure you are logged into your Parent Account to manage settings for the entire brokerage.

  2. Access Account Settings 👤

    Click on the Account Button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.

  3. View Profile 📄

    From the dropdown menu, select View Profile.

  4. Go to Listings 🏠

    Click on the Listings tab within your profile settings.

  5. Find Post Designs 🖼️

    Scroll down until you see the section labeled Listing Post Designs.

  6. Pick Your Template 🎨

    Click Change to browse the available options. Select the template that best fits your brokerage’s branding.

  7. Save Your Changes ✅

    Click Save to lock in your design. All future auto-posted listings will now feature this overlay!

Note: This design will apply to all listings that are automatically posted to your company pages, providing a cohesive look across your social media presence.
