✨ ADMIN: Setting Listing Overlay Templates in the Parent Account for Auto Posting

To make sure your brokerage's listings look professional and branded when they hit your company pages, set up a Listing Post Design (Overlay). It adds a consistent frame or design to your property photos automatically.

🛠️ Set Up Your Overlay

  1. Log in: Make sure you're logged in to your Parent Account to manage settings for the entire brokerage.

  2. Open account settings: Click the Account button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.

  3. View your profile: From the dropdown menu, select View Profile.

  4. Go to Listings: Click the Listings tab in your profile settings.

  5. Find Post Designs: Scroll down to the section labeled Listing Post Designs.

  6. Pick your template: Click Change to browse the available options and select the template that best fits your brokerage's branding.

  7. Save: Click Save to lock in your design. All future auto-posted listings will feature this overlay!

⚠️ Note: This design applies to all listings automatically posted to your company pages, giving your social media presence a cohesive look.
