ADMIN: Compliance Settings for your Company

The Compliance tab in settings allows you to set the compliance language for websites as well as the disclaimers for Design Studio. 

Compliance for Websites

Turn this on by clicking the "ON" button if you are legally required to add any disclaimer text to your websites. We'll add it to all websites and landing pages we create for you.

Please note this language will only apply to websites and landing pages created in SocialBAY.
  1. Top of Page Disclaimer can be added or edited by clicking the blue CHANGE button. 
  2. Top of Page Disclaimer URL  can be added or edited by clicking the blue CHANGE button.  
  3. Footer Disclaimer that will be shown at the button of each website can be added or edited by clicking the blue CHANGE button. 
  4. Footer Disclaimer Logo can be changed by clicking the CHANGE button or removed by clicking the REMOVE button. 

Disclaimers for Design Studio 

Set the required legal disclaimers for promotional pieces. These disclaimers will be available to use for marketing materials in Design Studio templates, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Use the tabs below to edit or create disclaimers for each category. 

  1. Use  the LOCK or UNLOCK button so that you have the ability to allow your agents to edit any of their own disclaimers.
  1. You will have the ability to set Disclaimers for Print- Agent Promotion, Print- Listing Promotion, Digital - Agent Promotion and Digital- Listing Promotion   
  1. Use this feature to create a default disclaimer for your entire brokerage or set disclaimers for different user groups.
