ADMIN: Compliance Settings for your Company
The Compliance tab in your settings allows you to manage legal language for your websites and ensure all marketing materials in Design Studio meet local regulations.
🌐 Compliance for Websites
If you are legally required to include disclaimer text on your sites, toggle this to "ON". We will automatically add this language to every website and landing page created within SocialBAY.
Top of Page Disclaimer & URL: Click the blue CHANGE button to edit the text or the destination link.
Footer Disclaimer: Displayed at the bottom of every page; edit via the CHANGE button.
Footer Logo: Update or remove your compliance logo using the CHANGE or REMOVE buttons.
💡 Note: This language applies specifically to websites and landing pages generated within the SocialBAY platform.
🎨 Disclaimers for Design Studio
Ensure your promotional pieces stay compliant with local laws by setting default legal text for marketing materials.
Categories: You can set specific disclaimers for Print (Agent/Listing Promotion) and Digital (Agent/Listing Promotion).
Agent Control: Use the LOCK 🔒 or UNLOCK 🔓 buttons to decide if agents can edit these disclaimers or if they must use the brokerage-approved version.
Targeting: Create a single default disclaimer for the entire brokerage or customize different disclaimers for specific Network Groups.
