How To Delete A Post Off Of LinkedIn
If a post on your Content Calendar is greyed out, it means the content has already been published to LinkedIn and your other connected social accounts.
Because the post is already "live," it can no longer be edited directly within our platform. However, if you need to make a change or remove a post you aren't happy with, you can still delete it directly on LinkedIn.
🗑️How to delete a post on LinkedIn
You can remove a post using either the LinkedIn desktop site or the mobile app. Follow these steps:
Log in to your LinkedIn account.
Navigate to your Profile or Company Page.
Scroll down to the Activity section and click See all activity.
Select the Posts tab to filter for your specific updates.
Locate the post you want to remove and click the three dots (···) in the top-right corner.
Select Delete post from the dropdown menu.
Confirm the action by clicking Delete in the pop-up window.
Note: Once you delete the post on LinkedIn, it will be permanently removed from your feed. If you still want the content live with edits, you will need to create and schedule a new post in your Content Calendar.
