How Buyer Leads Are Captured

When someone visits one of the Single Property Websites we've created for you, we will ask them if they're interested in getting access to other properties in the area. If they say yes, we'll ask them for details about the kind of home they're looking for as well as some contact info and we'll deliver that information to you!

How to Approach These Buyer Leads

Depending on what contact info the lead provides, you can either call, text, or email about properties that fit the buyer's wants. If the lead is unsure how you got their contact info, you can remind them that they filled out a form online requesting information about local listings with their preferred features.
