Canadian Postcards FAQ

Since we just added Canadian Postcards to our direct mail marketing, we figured we'd give you some answers to a few of the more frequently asked questions on our postcard feature. 

Am I able to use the feature?
Yes! Postcards are now available for all of our Canadian clients!

Ok, so how does pricing work?
We're using a tier system that will help you save more the more you buy! Take a look:
  1. 25-100 postcards ordered = $1.70/postcard
  2. 100-200 postcards ordered = $1.60/postcard
  3. 200+ postcards ordered $1.50/postcard
*Please note that pricing is in US dollars

How long does the process take, from order date to delivery?
Expedited shipping will take 4-7 business days between placing your order and when your postcards are delivered. 

Sounds pretty good. Will I be able to track my order?
You'll get three emails during the process, so you can track the status of your order: 
Email #1: Your order is processed & getting ready to be printed; 
Email #2: Your order has been printed and is out for delivery; 
Email #3: Your order has been delivered!

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
You definitely cannot. Please carefully review the online proof of your order before submitting it. Once you place your order, the request goes to our partner and is completely out of our hands.

Will I receive a copy of my ordered postcards?
During the checkout process, you will see the option to have a copy sent to your return address. If you want a copy, check that box!

Do you have options for different sizes and card stock?
Currently, we only offer 6" x 9" postcards. Card stock is 100lb double sided glossy stock.

Who do my postcards get delivered to? 
You have a few options when selecting recipients for your postcards: Choose from contacts already in your CRM, upload a list of your own contacts, and our 360 target delivery method. You can choose one method or utilize it all! 

I'm not a graphic designer. Do you have pre-designed templates for me?
Absolutely! We've got a number of great designs for you. You can edit the images, colors, font, and text on these templates to make them your own.

Great! I'm ready to give it a try. Where do I start?
Awesome! Just head to your Listings Tab and click into one of your Listings. Then click "Create a Postcard Order".
