How to Use Your Company’s Custom Fonts in SocialBAY

If your company has uploaded specific brand fonts through the Design Studio Admin, you can easily apply them to your marketing materials. This ensures all your social media posts and flyers stay perfectly "on-brand" with just a few clicks.

This guide will show you how to locate and apply your specific Company Fonts while editing templates within the SocialBAY Design Studio.


🛠 How to Apply Custom Fonts

  1. 🏠 Open Design Studio: From your main dashboard, click on the Design Studio tab.

  2. 🖼 Select a Template: Choose the specific design or template you would like to edit.

  3. ⌨️ Select Your Text: Click on any existing text field in your design. You will know it is selected when it is outlined in blue.

    • Tip: If you need new text, click the Text tab on the left side of the screen to add a new field.

  4. 🔡 Open the Font Menu: Look at the top editing bar and click on the Font Name (e.g., "Arial" or "Roboto"). This will open a dropdown menu.

  5. 🏢 Find Company Fonts: Scroll to the section in the dropdown labeled Company Fonts. This section contains all the custom fonts pre-loaded by your administrator.

  6. Apply the Font: Click the name of the font you want to use, and your text will update automatically!


💡 Pro-Tips for a Professional Look

  • Consistency is Key: Stick to one or two company fonts per design to keep your brand looking clean and professional.

  • Missing a Font? If you don’t see a specific font you need under the "Company Fonts" section, contact your office administrator to have them upload it via the Design Studio Admin.

  • Auto-Save: Don't forget that your changes are usually saved as you work, but it’s always a good habit to hit "Save" before exiting!
