How can I change my Display Name in SocialBAY?

Perhaps the name on your account doesn't reflect what you want your marketing to state. If you are the owner of the account but you're posting for your team or company then you can easily adjust your display name which affects all of the future content. Here's how:

  1. Click My Settings in the top right of your Social Media Center and select Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the setting labeled "Display Name" and select Change.
  3. Make your desired changes and select Save.

Keep in mind that this doesn't change the name located in the top left of the website. That name in the top left is always the name of the account owner.
