How can I customize my Email Signature in auto-replies?

When a lead submits their information through your Back At You Media lead capture tools, we'll automatically send them an email acknowledging their submission and letting them know that you'll be in touch soon.

You can customize how the email is signed off. Here's how:

  1. Click My Settings in the top right of your SocialBAY and select Profile.
  2. Scroll down until you see the setting titled "Email Signature" and you'll see the default signature we've created with your information. If you'd like to alter that default signature, just click Change.
  3. Don't forget to click Save when you're done!
