Getting Real-Time Text Notifications for New Leads 📱

Speed is everything in real estate! When a potential client submits their info through a Back At You Social tool, you don't have to wait until you check your email to find out. You can receive a text message the moment a lead comes in.

How to Enable SMS Notifications ⚡

  1. Open Notifications: Click My Settings in the top-right corner of your dashboard and select Notifications 🔔.

  2. Opt-In: Look for the section labeled SMS/Text Notifications.

  3. Enter Your Details: Select the option "Yes, text me leads!", enter your mobile phone number, and click Save Changes 💾.

What to Expect When a Lead Arrives 📥

Once enabled, you’ll receive a text alert containing the lead's basic info and a "More details" link.

  • Quick Access: Clicking that link will take you directly to the Leads tab in your SocialBAY, where you can view their full inquiry and contact details immediately.

A quick heads-up on the Home Value Tool: If a lead uses your Home Value tool but leaves before providing their contact information, we won't send an SMS (since there's no one to call!). However, we will still send you an email with any data they did provide, which you can also find in your Leads tab 🔍.
