How can I get text message notifications when I receive a new lead?

When a new lead submits their information via one of your Back At You Media tools, you can be notified via text message in real time. Here's how...

  1. Click My Settings in the top right of your SocialBAY and select Notifications.
  2. Under "SMS/Text Notifications," select Yes, text me leads!, enter your mobile number, and click Save Changes.

Here's what you'll receive when a lead is submitted:

Clicking on the More details link will take you to the Leads tab of your SocialBAY.


Note: If a lead fills out the Home Value tool, but does not provide their contact information, we won't send you a text, but we will email you and whatever information was submitted will be available in the Leads tab of your SocialBAY.
