Adding or Updating Your Professional Logo πΌοΈ
Your logo is the face of your business! By uploading it to Back At You, you ensure your branding is front-and-center on your Single Property Websites, listing videos, and other marketing materials.
How to Upload Your Logos π€
Open Brand Settings: Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner and select Brand β¨.
Locate the Logo Section: You will see options to upload two versions of your logo:
Upload & Save: Click to upload your files and ensure your branding looks crisp across all features πΎ.
Why Two Versions? π€
We ask for both a Dark and Light version of your logo to ensure your brand always pops! Whether we are overlaying your logo on a bright photo or a dark video end-cap, having both options prevents your branding from getting "lost" in the design.
Important: Locked Logos π
If you see that your logos are already uploaded and cannot be changed, your company has likely locked them. This is common for company-provided accounts to ensure all agents are using the most up-to-date, high-resolution brokerage assets that meet official brand guidelines.
