How do I control which email notifications Back At You sends me?

Perhaps you don't want an email every time we capture a partial lead for you or maybe you don't want an email when your monthly content batch is scheduled. Either way, don't put us on your spam list! You can customize which email notifications we send you. Here's how:

  1. Click My Settings in the top right of your SocialBAY and select Notifications.
  2. Scroll down to the section labeled "Set Your Email Preferences" and de-select any category of emails that you no longer want to receive.
  3. Click Save Changes to confirm.
