Promoting your recently sold listings is a great way to showcase your success as an agent and to communicate your professionalism and commitment to your clients’ satisfaction. Luckily, it couldn’t be easier with your SocialBAY. Here's how...
- Click the green Create button in the top left of your SocialBAY
- You'll be asked what kind of post you'd like to create. Let's select Create a Listing Post.
- Scroll through the listing, find the sold listing you'd like to share, and click Select to its right.
- Customize your caption above the image. (Maybe something like, "Check out this listing I just sold in (City Name)! Sold in just 8 days, $25,000 over asking. Send me a message today if you're ready to make a move!")
- Select the pencil icon next to New Listing and change it to Sold.
- If everything else looks good, click Continue at the bottom.
If you'd like to advertise this post (a really good idea for sold property posts,) set up your budget and targeting.
- Lastly, select the date and time when you'd like this post to go live on your social media profiles. Then click Schedule & Advertise!
You can also schedule listing posts through your Listings tab by selecting Schedule a Listing Post.
