How do I update my Ad Target Demographics?

You can adjust the location demographics for your Guaranteed Reach and your Facebook ad campaigns by following these steps:

  1. Click on My Settings in the top right of your SocialBAY and select Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the Ad Targeting section and click Change.
  3. Update your targeting by typing a location and clicking on your desired result when it's suggested below. (You can adjust the radius around a location by clicking the "+25mi" drop-down menu.) You can also remove current targeting by clicking the little blue Xs to the left of each location. There isn't a limit to the amount of areas you can target.
  4. Remember to click Save when you're done!
