How To Delete A Post Off Of Instagram
If a post on your Content Calendar is greyed out, it means it has already been published to your Instagram Business Page and other connected accounts.
While you can no longer edit it through the calendar, don't worry! You can still remove it by deleting the post directly on Instagram using either the mobile app or your desktop browser. 💻📱
How to Remove a Published Post:
Log In: Open Instagram and sign into your account.
Go to your Profile: Navigate to your Instagram Business Page. 👤
Select the Post: Browse your feed and click/tap on the specific post you want to remove.
Open the Menu: Click the three dots located in the top-right corner of the post.
Delete: Select Delete from the menu options. 🗑️
Confirm: A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation. Select Delete again to finalize.
That’s it! The post will be permanently removed from your grid. ✅
