How To Delete A Post Off Of Instagram
If your post on your Content Calendar is greyed out, that means that it has already been posted to your Instagram Business Page and other connected social media accounts. But don’t worry! If you were not able to make the edits you wanted to or maybe you just didn’t like that specific post, you can still delete it; you will just have to delete that post on Instagram itself now. You can delete a post either from the Instagram desktop version or the Instagram mobile app. Follow the steps below to delete a post off of your business page:
Log In Instagram
Go to your Instagram Business Page (if you have a separate one. You may only have one account that is your business page)
On your business page, find the post you would like to delete
In the top-right hand corner of the post, click on the three dots
A menu will appear. Select Delete Post
You will see a pop-up that asks you to confirm you want to delete that post. Select Delete
