How to log in to SocialBAY

The way that you access SocialBAY will be dependent on the plan and package you have with us and whether you are on an individual plan or part of a company/enterprise account. 

Individual SocialBAY accounts that are NOT a part of company plan

*There is a "Forgot Password" button if you do not remember your password to the platform.

SocialBAY ONLY accounts that are a part of a company or enterprise plan

*Some Company and Enterprise accounts have an SSO which allows their users to login through a tile/button on their website. If you are unable to login via the above, please contact your companies admin to see where your company accesses the SocialBAY platform. 

SHARED users who are on a company or enterprise plan that uses both ClientBAY and SocialBAY

1. Login to your companies ClientBAY url.
*If you do not know this please ask your companies admin. 
2. Once you login to ClientBAY you will be able to use the toggler in the upper left hand corner to access SocialBAY.
