🛑 How to Stop an Ad Early

Plans change! If you need to end a paid ad before its scheduled end date, you can do it in just a few clicks, and your unused budget isn't lost.

🔎 End Your Ad

  1. Open Analytics: Click the Analytics tab in the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Find your live ad: Find the active ad you want to stop and click its bar graph icon.

  3. End the ad: Click End Ad Now to stop the campaign immediately.

💡 Your budget isn't lost: Any unused Ad Credits are automatically returned to your Back At You Social account. Use them for future ads or as a credit on your next bill.
