How to Stop an Ad Early

If you need to stop or end your paid ad early, simply follow the below steps: 

1. Click on the Analytics tab in the left hand navigation. 

2. Find your Live Ad and Click on the Bar Graph. 

3. Click on the "End Ad Now" Button.

*Important to Note that all unused Ad Credits will be credited to your SocialBAY account to use on future advertising or as a credit on your next bill.
