I changed my profile picture on Facebook, why didn't it update in the SocialBAY?

We all want to put our best foot forward and on social media and that includes having a great profile picture. But when you update your profile picture on your Facebook Business Page, it doesn't automatically update in your SocialBAY. (This can affect the personalized content we create for you as well as your image on Single Property Websites.)

Luckily, it's super easy to make sure your profile picture is identical from Facebook to your SocialBAY.

If you updated your profile picture on Facebook and want that change reflected in the SocialBAY, here's how:

  1. Click My Settings in the top-right of your SocialBAY and select Profile.
  2. Under your current profile picture, click Change.
  3. In the menu that pops up, select Use My Facebook Profile Picture to populate the image that's currently your profile picture on Facebook Business Page.
