Understanding the permissions required to connect your Facebook business page to SocialBAY

Due to the advertising component of the platform, you must have following Facebook Access in order to connect your Facebook business page to your SocialBAY account:


You MUST have “Full Control” in your Facebook Page Access settings
(formerly known as “Admin” in the classic page roles settings)
