If your company uses Design Studio Admin, you have access to a centralized Brand Asset Library. It keeps every postcard you send perfectly on-brand with approved logos, imagery, and graphics, with no more hunting for the right file!

✅ Why Use the Brand Asset Library?

  • Consistency: Always use the most current, approved version of your company logo.

  • Efficiency: Skip the upload process. Your most-used files are already waiting for you.

  • Quality: Use high-resolution graphics vetted by your admin team for a crisp, professional print.

📂 Add Brand Assets to Your Design

  1. Open the editor: In Design Studio, open the template you want to create or edit.

  2. Find the sidebar: Look at the editing toolbar on the left-hand side of your screen.

  3. Click Brand: Select the Brand icon to open your company's curated library.

  4. Add to your design: Find the asset you need and double-click it. It appears on your canvas automatically!

💡 Tip: Once brand assets are on your canvas, you can resize and reposition them just like any other element.
