🍁 How to Syndicate Your Listings to Back At You (Canadian Clients)

If you're a Canadian client using CREA to syndicate your listings, you need to grant Back At You access to your feed so your listings show up and can be promoted automatically. Depending on your account permissions, complete one of the two options below.

🔑 Grant Back At You Access to Your CREA Feed

• Option 1, through your agent dashboard: If you manage your own feed, log in to your CREA account and add Back At You as an authorized recipient for your listings.

• Option 2, through your broker: If your listings are managed at the brokerage level, ask your broker to log in to their Broker CREA Dashboard and add Back At You as a syndication partner.

🔍 Troubleshooting Missing Listings

If your broker has already created a DDF (Data Distribution Facility) for Back At You but your listings still aren't appearing, check your listing settings:

1. Check the share flags: When entering a listing in your MLS, make sure you haven't selected a field that says "Do Not Share/Advertise" or "Do Not Include in DDF."

2. Update the listing: If that was the issue, update the listing status in your MLS.

3. Contact CREA: If the settings look correct but the listing is still missing, reach out to CREA for technical help with your feed.
