How to Syndicate Your Listing to Back At You? (Canadian clients)
If you are a Canadian client using CREA to syndicate your listings to Back At You, you must grant us access to your feed. Depending on your account permissions, please complete one of the following two options:
Option 1: Add Us via Your Agent Dashboard
If you manage your own feed, you can add us directly through your personal CREA dashboard.
Action: Log in to your CREA account and add Back At You as an authorized recipient for your listings.
Option 2: Broker Authorization
If your listings are managed at the brokerage level, your Broker will need to authorize the connection.
Action: Request that your Broker logs into their Broker CREA Dashboard to add Back At You as a syndication partner.
Troubleshooting Missing Listings
If your Broker has already created a DDF (Data Distribution Facility) for Back At You but your listings are still not appearing, please check your listing settings:
Check "Share/Advertise" Flags: When inputting a listing into your MLS, ensure you haven't accidentally selected a field that says "Do Not Share/Advertise" or "Do Not Include in DDF." * Next Steps: If you find this was the issue, update the listing status in your MLS. If the settings appear correct but the listing is still missing, please reach out to CREA for additional technical assistance with your feed.
