When you schedule content, our system typically publishes it within 15 minutes of your selected time. If your post doesn't appear the exact second you scheduled it, don't panic—it’s likely just processing in the queue.
Why Delays Happen 🔌
Occasionally, social media networks (like Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn) experience internal delays or unforeseen API errors. These "hiccups" can cause a post to get stuck in an unpublished state.
How We Fix It: The Safety Net 🛡️
The good news? Back At You has your back. We have an automated backup process that runs multiple times every day specifically to look for "stuck" posts.
Detection: Our system scans for posts that should have been published but weren't.
The "Push": Once detected, our system automatically re-triggers the publishing process to send your content to your selected networks.
