Why Didn't My Content Post At It's Scheduled Time?

Why Didn't My Content Post At It's Scheduled Time?

You created a post and scheduled it to go out....but you notice that it is not posting at the time you selected, or hasn't even posted yet. Why?

When you create content it should be published within a 15 minute timeframe of the scheduled post time you selected.
However,  sometimes different social media networks have delays or unforeseen errors when publishing content, which could leave your post "stuck" and unpublished.

But don't worry - Back At You has you covered. We have a backup process that runs multiple times throughout the day to grab posts that should have been published, but weren't due to social media networks delays. When our systems detect a post that is unpublished it will then "push" that post out again to the social media network(s) you have selected.

If you have noticed that your post hasn't gone out and it's been over 24 hours of your scheduled time, please email support@backatyou.com.
