Your SocialBAY Profile
Your SocialBAY Profile is where we pull information for your branding in the SocialBAY platform - from your agent headshot, to contact information and more so it is important to make sure that this area is updated and fresh!
To edit and maintain your agent profile - just go to your Settings icon in the upper right hand corner. Then select Profile. This will take you to your Profile settings.
If you are a ClientBAY user - if you need to make any changes to your agent profile information, you will want to do this in ClientBAY. Click here for more information.
Updating Your Agent Information
In the first portion of your profile settings, you can update your headshot, phone numbers, company information and more by selecting the blue Change button associated with the area that you need to change. Be sure to hit the green Save button anytime you make a change! This is where most of your branding for your listing videos, landing pages, etc come from so make sure that headshot and your contact information is all correct to help you build your brand and maintain that brand awareness.
Logos and Company Branding
Here is where we pull a dark logo, a light logo, and branding colors for your agent branding through SocialBAY. Some companies choose to designate these for their agents, if your company is providing you with SocialBAY, meaning that these can not be changed. If you see a blue Change link with your logos and Branding Colors, you are able to update them as needed.
Email/Username and Password
Here is where you can change the email address associated with your SocialBAY account as well as your Password. Just hit the blue Change link and press Save when you have made your changes.
If you are changing your password, you will be prompted to enter in your current password.
If you are accessing SocialBAY through a Single Sign On Service, you will not be able to change these.
Miscellaneous Profile Information
In your Profile settings, you will also be able to change miscellaneous items like your Display Name, Display Phone Number and Display Email,
You can add a Bio Description which will be used on your Single Property Websites that we create for your listings and you can also add an Email Signature that will go out on the auto reply emails that we automatically send to your leads for you. Remember if you are changing anything in these sections, you want to press the green Save button.
