Your SocialBAY Profile is the "brain" of your branding. It’s where the platform pulls your headshot, contact info, and company details to create your listing videos and landing pages. Keeping this fresh ensures your brand stays professional and consistent!
To update your profile, click the Settings (gear) icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Profile.
💡 Using ClientBAY? If you are a ClientBAY user, all profile changes should be made directly in the ClientBAY platform. Click here to learn more.
In the first section of your profile, you can update your headshot, phone numbers, and company info.
How to change: Click the blue "Change" button next to any item.
Don't forget: Always hit the green "Save" button after making updates!
Why it matters: This info is automatically pulled into your listing videos and landing pages. Make sure your headshot is current to maintain that brand awareness!
Need to update your login info? You can do that here by selecting the blue "Change" link.
Changing Passwords: You will be prompted to enter your current password before choosing a new one.
Note for SSO Users: If you access SocialBAY through a Single Sign-On (SSO) dashboard, you will not be able to change your credentials here.
In the Miscellaneous section, you can fine-tune how you appear to clients:
Display Names/Numbers: Choose exactly how your name and phone appear on marketing materials.
Bio Description: This bio will appear on your Single Property Websites for your listings.
Email Signature: This is used for the auto-reply emails we send to your leads on your behalf.
To customize your visual brand, go to the Settings icon and select Brand. Here, you can manage:
Logos: Upload both a dark logo and a light logo for different background types.
Branding Colors: Set your specific brand colors to be used throughout your marketing materials.
🏢 Company Plans: Some companies set these branding elements for you to ensure consistency. If you don't see a blue "Change" link, your branding is managed by your company admin.
