NEW: Your SocialBAY Profile Compliance Tab

You are now able to set the required legal disclaimers for promotional pieces. These disclaimers will be available to use for marketing materials in Design Studio templates, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Use the tabs below to edit or create disclaimers for each category; Print-Agent Promotion, Print-Listing Promotion, Digital-Agent Promotion, Digital-Listing Promotion. 

  1. Go to Settings. 
  2. Go to Compliance.
  3. Click Customize. 
  4. Choose whether you would like to use your Company Disclaimer or you would like to create a Custom Disclaimer. 
  5. Type in your disclaimer and click Save.  
  6. Ensure that you set the disclaimers for all of your categories.

*If you do not have the option to customize, please speak to your company admin, as they may have these fields set and locked at the company level.
