Downloadable Guides are a powerful way to share expert knowledge while capturing high-quality leads. Whether you use our pre-built guides or upload your own, they position you as the local expert.
We've already built the essentials for you:

Importance of a Buyer's Agent: Highlights your unique value.
Want to share your own "Home Maintenance Checklist" or "Local Market Report"? You can create unlimited custom guide landing pages.
Start: Click Landing Pages, then select, Landing Page Library and then Downloadable Guides.
Create new: click Create Landing Page in the upper Right.
Name and style: Give your page an internal name, then customize the background image and text to match your brand.
Lead capture: Toggle on the optional Phone Number field if you want more ways to reach out.
Upload your guide: Click Replace to upload your own PDF or file. This is the document your lead receives.
Customize the Thank You page: Edit the message your lead sees after signing up. Try adding a link to your website or a specific listing!
Set up the social post: Set up your Custom Social Media Post, which controls the text and look of the post when it's shared to your networks.
Save: Click Save, and you're live!
On the main screen, each guide has an Actions button where you can:
View: Open the live page.
Copy link: Grab the direct link to share.
Set as Default: Click this in the top right of a guide to make it the one we automatically share for you.
The post: Your client sees your custom post on social media.
The sign-up: They enter their info on your landing page to get the guide.
The delivery: They instantly receive an email with the guide attached, and you get a notification that a new lead is waiting.
