Downloadable Guides: How do I create or customize a Downloadable Guide Landing page?

Our NEW landing page, downloadable guides, are a great way to share informational guides while still capturing lead information! We have included a variety of default guides for you to choose from. These guides include a seller’s guide, which provides valuable information on selling a home and how to make the selling process as seamless as possible.

Creating Custom Downloadable Guides

You are also able to create completely customized downloadable guide landing pages! A huge advantage to this is the capability to upload your OWN downloadable guide. So if you have information you want to share out (Ex. real estate tips, home checklists, etc.), this option will be great for that. To start creating a custom landing page, just follow these steps: 

Click on Landing Pages and then Downloadable Guides

Scroll down and select "Create New"

Then, give your Landing Page a name.

After you name your landing page, you'll be able to customize the landing page content and design.

If wanted, you can change the background image, the text, add an optional phone number capture field as well.

You can also use your own guide for this landing page. Click Replace and upload the file you want your lead to get.

You will also be able to set up your Thank You Page Message and link. You can use this area to direct them to your website, another one of your landing pages or even an Listing URL.

Lastly, set up your Custom Social Media Post. This allows you to customize the post that gets created that goes out to your social media networks.

Click Save and your custom Landing Page is created!

You can now close and go back to the main landing page screen. You can create an unlimited amount of custom landing pages! All of these will include an “Actions” button where you will see the options to view your live page, share to social media, copy the landing page link, and more. If you need to customize your page some more, click on the “Customize” button. 

To designate a specific one as your default, meaning that will be the page we share automatically to social media for you, select the “Set As Default” option in the top right corner of that page.

What Will My Client See?

The Contact will see the below on your social media, depending on your default or customization:

1. They will then get the below in the email that they registered with:
   

1. A sample Buyer's Guide and Seller's Guide have been attached to this article. When each of these goes out to a contact, they will be branded to you and your brokerage.
