Make a great first impression with email responses tailored to your brand. Personalize the automatic email your leads receive, and use Dynamic Variable Fields to pull lead and property information right into your subject line or message.

🛠️ Customize Your Email Response

The steps are the same for every landing page type.

  1. Select your page type: From the left-hand menu, click Landing Pages, then choose Home Value, Contact, or Downloadable Guides.

  2. Create or edit: Click Create New, or select an existing page to edit.

  3. Save your progress: Name your page and click Save and Continue.

  4. Open email settings: Scroll to the Email Sent to My Leads section and click Edit.

  5. Choose your content: Use our Default Message for a fast setup, or select Create a Custom Message to write your own.

  6. Draft your message: Write a compelling Subject Line, and use Dynamic Variables in the subject or body to automatically pull in details like the lead's name or property address.

  7. Save: Click Save.

💡 Options by Page Type

  • Home Value: Customize two versions so the lead always gets the right info: Instant Home Value Available (for properties where data is found immediately) and Instant Home Value Not Available (for properties that need a manual touch from you).

  • Downloadable Guides and Contact Forms: Tailor the follow-up message to the resource the lead requested or the inquiry they made.
