How can I see how my posts are performing?

Curious how many people are seeing and interacting with the content that's posted through your SocialBAY? We've got you covered. Here's how you can check the stats:

1. Click Analytics on the left side of your SocialBAY.

2. You'll see a list of your recent posts with their Impressions, Reach, and Engagement.

3. You'll notice an Advertise button to the right of each post. Click that button if you'd like to promote a post after it's already posted on your Facebook Business Page.

4. If you've already advertised a post, click the little graph icon to its right to reveal the ad's performance details. The Relaunch Ad button will allow you to add another budget to an already promoted post. 

When you relaunch an advertisement, a new post isn't created. Your SocialBAY will re-advertise the original post so you won't see it on your Facebook business page again, but people in the areas that you selected will see it in their Facebook News Feed. If you want to make changes to your post or would like it posted again, click on the "Post Again" button and advertise the new post.
