How do I connect my Instagram account to SocialBAY?

You can connect an Instagram Business Profile to your SocialBAY and start scheduling content and listings to be auto-posted to Instagram. Here's how to connect:
  1. Click on the Settings in the top right of your SocialBAY
  2. On the menu that pops out, select Content
  3. Click Connect next to the Instagram logo to start the connection process
  4. Our system will take you through a few steps to get connected, and you'll be done!
Having trouble? Make sure that you're connecting a Business Instagram Account and not a Personal profile. You can change it by following the instructions here: Changing your Personal Profile into a Business Account.

If you're sure you're trying to connect a Business Account, make sure that it is connected to the Facebook business page connected to your SocialBAY. You can connect Instagram and Facebook by following the instructions here: Connect your Instagram account to your Facebook Business page.
