If you have already tried connecting your listing feed and didn't have any success or a listing isn't on the MLS yet and you wanted to promote it, here's how you can add the listing into your listings tab manually so you can take advantage of all of the SocialBAY listing tools.
Select the Listings Tab on the left hand side navigation menu
Select the grey Add Listing button
Fill out as much information on the Listing that you can. Required fields are Address, City, State, Zip/Postal Code, Country, Status and description.
Press Continue and Upload Photos
Add your photos by dragging them from your desktop or you can click the Select Photos button to add them.
Then press Finish and Add Listing.
Your listing will now appear in the Listings tab where you can schedule a post and advertise the listing. You will also be able to schedule open houses, order postcards, create a listing flyer and view the single property website.
