How Do I Connect My Listings to My SocialBAY?

You can connect a listing feed to your SocialBAY to make it super easy to post and promote your listings on social media. Our system will also create a Single Property Website for all of your listings!


Connect My Listing Feed 

  1. Click Settings in the upper right of your SocialBAY and select Listings.
  2. Under Connect My Listings click the green Connect Now button.
  3. Enter an MLS ID number for one of your recent listings.
  4. As you type the ID number, our system will suggest listings below. Once you see the correct city and ID number, click it, and then click Continue.
  5. You may see a step that asks you to confirm your name and click Confirm.
  6. Once our system has connected to your listing feed, click View Listings.
Please only connect YOUR listing feed to SocialBAY. If you connect another agent's listing feed, you will end up getting every listing that the agent has listed and all their future listings.


If you don't see your listing when typing the MLS ID for your listing, please click here if you're in the United States and click here if you're in Canada.

Connect Multiple Listing Feeds

You can easily connect multiple listings feeds that you are apart of if needed:
  1. Click Settings in the upper right of your SocialBAY and select Listings.
  2. Under MLS Listing Feed Connect click the blue link to connect to another feed.
  3. Enter an MLS ID number for one of your recent listings from the additional listing feed.
  4. As you type the ID number, our system will suggest listings below. Once you see the correct city and ID number, click it, and then click Continue.
  5. You may see a step that asks you to confirm your name and click Confirm.
