Using the Back At You Design Studio Importer
In real estate marketing, brand consistency and speed are everything. Back At You’s Social Design Studio is a powerful tool for creating stunning, localized social media graphics. However, if you already have custom templates created by a professional designer in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PDF, or SVG formats, you don't want to rebuild them from scratch! 🛠️
While the Back At You Social Design Studio is primarily a canvas for assembling and editing templates, bringing your custom external designs into the platform is straightforward once you know the proper workflow.
⚙️ Types of Compatible Files
Before uploading, it is crucial to understand the types of files you can import in. The platform thrives on standard, web-friendly formats. 🌐
SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)

Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
📑 Step-by-Step: Importing Into Your Template
Once your files are saved in the correct format, follow these steps to bring them into a Design Studio Template:
Step 1: Open Your Template 🔓
Log into your Back At You account, navigate to the Back At You Social Design Studio, and either open an existing template or click Create Project to start with a blank canvas. 🎨
Step 2: Access the Media Uploader 📥
In the upper right hand corner, click the Import Drop Down Menu and select the type of file you would to import.
Step 3: Upload Your File 📤
Once you select what file type you would like to upload, you then need to select that file from your library
Wait a moment for the system to process the file. A thumbnail will appear on your blank canvas where you can resize it and start making any needed edits.
