How to Customize a Template in Design Studio


To begin, simply locate the DESIGN STUDIO button in the menu in the left side menu of your SocialBAY account. 


You can now SELECT which type of template that you would like to utilize to create.
1. By clicking the CREATE button you will be able to create a completely custom marketing piece. 
2. You can BROWSE Templates by Format; Landscape, Square, or Flyer.
3. Under MY PROJECTS you will have a library of all of your previously saved marketing pieces. 
4. LISTING POSTS create custom listing posts that will stand out on your news feed.

6. AGENT PROMOTION give your followers info about you and your qualifications, agent bio, etc. 
7. TESTIMONIALS let consumers know what your clients are saying about you in an engaging post. 
8. MARKET UPDATES give specific data on your target market's statistics by using our easy to use templates. 
9. ENGAGING CONTENT  gives you the opportunity to create custom high quality content by taking advantage of all of the editable templates we provide. 

Once you have made a selection on which template you would like to use you will now be able to use all of the EDITING features in the left hand navigation. 
*All of your branding elements will pull in from your profile. These will include profile picture, contact info, logos, etc. 
* All of the individual text boxes and elements are editable if you click on them. 

1. The LISTING tab allows you to select a listing to quickly utlize all of the photos and information that is pulling over from the MLS. 
  1. Simply click on Change Listing.
  2. Search for your Listing with MLS# or Address.
  3.  Select the Listing by Clicking the Bubble to the Left of the address and Click Confirm.
  4. Now you can easily insert the photos into your design by clicking them in your left hand navigation. 


2.  The BRAND button in the left navigation allows you to see the color and logos that are in your profile. You can click on any of these logos to quickly add them to your design. 
3.  The TEXT box allows you to insert additional text boxes that you can customize on your design. Please keep in mind that you will be able to edit the font, font size and font color. 



4. The PHOTOS Button allows you to search Unsplash for Images to Insert in your Design.
5. The ELEMENTS Button allows you to add in additional shapes, arrows, etc. to your Design. 
6. By using the UPLOAD Button you have the opportunity to upload any additional photos that you would like. 
7. The BACKGROUND Button will allow you to change the color of your Design to add texture, warmth and a pop to stand out on your newsfeed.
8. The QR CODE Button will allow you to enter any URL and generate a QR code that can be inserted into your DESIGN. 




How To SAVE and SHARE TO SOCIAL or DOWNLOAD your Custom Created Marketing Material

  1. To SAVE  Click on the SAVE Button in the Top Center and give your Design a Name. It will then be available in the "My Library" Tab 
  2. To SHARE Click on the SHARE TO SOCIAL Button in the Upper Right Corner and  you can then use your Design to Create a Custom Post and Share to your connected networks. 
  3. To DOWNLOAD Click on the DOWNLOAD Button in the Upper Right Corner and you can then choose to Download as a PDF, JPG, or PNG and Share out via email, etc.
