🎨 Design Studio in Back At You Social
Design Studio is like Canva, but built specifically for real estate. It's your one-stop shop for creating stunning digital and print marketing materials that are fully integrated with your personal brand and MLS listings.
🏠 The Design Studio Overview Page
Select Design Studio from the left-hand navigation menu, then click Overview. From this hub, you can start a new creation, manage past work, track orders, or browse templates.
What Would You Like To Design Today?: Start a brand-new project in Social Media, Image, Video, Postcards, Flyers, or Custom format. Pick a template size in the pop-up window, and you'll go straight to the blank editor.
My Recent Projects: Every project you save appears here. Scroll with the arrows or click View All to see your whole library. Click the three-dot action menu on any project to keep editing or delete it.
Print Products: Track the fulfillment and shipping status of printed materials you've ordered, such as postcards. See how to order postcards.
Template Library: Save time with professionally designed templates that pull in your branding and listing information with one click. Templates are organized by category; click Explore All next to any category to see the full selection to share on social media or download.
📂 Choose a Template
Click Design Studio in the left-hand menu, open the dropdown, and select Template Library. Choose the type of marketing piece you want, then use the filter to narrow your search:
All Templates: View every template in one spot.
Agent Promotion: Share your bio, credentials, and achievements.
Listing Marketing Posts: Create eye-catching posts, postcards, or flyers about your properties. See the listing flyers tutorial.
Testimonials: Turn client reviews into engaging social posts.
Market Updates: Share data and statistics about your target market.
Engaging Content: Fully editable templates designed to keep your audience interacting.
Education: Share real estate tips, buying and selling guides, and industry insights.
Holidays: Celebrate seasonal events, local festivities, and national holidays.
Quotes: Inspire followers with motivational sayings, real estate wisdom, or lifestyle quotes.
🛠️ Edit Your Design
Once you select a template, you'll enter the editor. Use the left-hand menu to customize your design:
Listing: Pull photos and property details from the MLS. Click Change Listing, search by MLS# or Address, select the bubble next to the address, and click Confirm. Then click the imported photos to drop them into your design.
Brand: Use the brand colors and logos saved to your profile. Click any logo to add it to your canvas.
Text: Insert text boxes and customize font, size, alignment, and color.
Images: Search thousands of high-quality stock images from the integrated Unsplash library.
Videos: Add a video from our stock library provided by Pexels.
Shapes: Add shapes, arrows, borders, and lines.
Upload: Upload your own photos or graphics.
Background: Change the background color or texture so your design stands out in the newsfeed.
QR Code: Enter any URL to generate a custom QR code for your design.
💾 Save, Share, and Download
Save: Click Save at the top center of the screen and name your design. It's stored in your My Projects library.
Share: Click Share to Social in the upper-right corner to draft a post and schedule or publish it to your connected social networks.
Download: Click Download in the upper-right corner to export your file as a PDF, JPG, or PNG for printing or email marketing.
