Design Studio In Back At You Social
Design Studio is like Canva, but built specifically for real estate. It is your one-stop shop for creating stunning digital and print marketing materials that are fully integrated with your personal brand and MLS listings. This user-friendly tool is designed to completely transform your real estate marketing!

Design Studio Overview Page
To access the Design Studio Overview page, select Design Studio from the left-hand navigation menu, then click Overview.
From this central hub, you can jump straight into a new creation, manage past work, track orders, or browse pre-made templates. Here is a breakdown of what you can do in each section:
🎨 What Would You Like To Design Today?
Located at the top of the page, this section allows you to start a brand-new project from scratch.
Available Formats: Social Media, Image, Video, Postcards, Flyers, or Custom.
How it works: Selecting an option opens a pop-up window where you can choose your desired template size. Once selected, you will be taken directly to the blank editor to begin creating.
📂 My Recent Projects
Every time you save a project, it appears here for quick access.
Navigation: Scroll through your recent work using the left and right arrows, or click View All to see your entire saved project library in one convenient spot.
Management: Click the three-dot action menu on any project thumbnail to continue editing or to delete the file.
📦 Print Products
If you have ordered any printed materials (such as postcards), you can track their fulfillment and shipping status directly in this section.

📑 Template Library
Save time by utilizing our professionally designed, pre-made templates. These templates can dynamically pull in your branding and listing information with a single click.
Browsing: Templates are organized by category for easy navigation.
Exploring: Click the Explore All link next to any category to view the full selection of templates available to share on social media, or to download for external use.
💡 Pro-Tip: All of your core branding elements (profile picture, contact info, logos, etc.) automatically pull directly from your Back At You profile! Every text box and design element can be modified simply by clicking on it.
How to Customize a Template in Design Studio
To get started, locate the Design Studio button in the left-hand navigation menu of your Back At You account. Click the dropdown menu and select Template Library to browse by specific categories or view all available templates.
📂 Choosing Your Template Type
Choose the type of marketing piece you want to create from the following options. Each option will take you to a screen where you can use a filter option to further narrow down your search for the perfect template:
🎨 All Templates: View all of the templates in one spot.
👤 Agent Promotion: Share your bio, credentials, and achievements to introduce yourself to your followers.
🏡 Listing Marketing Posts: Create eye-catching, custom posts, postcards, or flyers about your properties to stand out on social media feeds. (For a complete tutorial on this feature, click here.)
💬 Testimonials: Turn client reviews and praise into highly engaging social posts.
📊 Market Updates: Use easy-to-customize templates to share specific data and statistics about your target market.
✨ Engaging Content: Take advantage of diverse, fully editable templates designed to keep your audience interacting with your page.
🎓 Education: Share informative real estate tips, buying/selling guides, and industry insights to educate your audience.
🎉 Holidays: Celebrate seasonal events, local festivities, and national holidays with timely, festive graphics.
💬 Quotes: Inspire your followers with motivational sayings, real estate wisdom, or fun lifestyle quotes.
🛠️ Using the Editing Features
Once you select a template, you will enter the editor.
💡 Pro-Tip: Your profile picture, logos, and contact information will automatically pull into the template from your account profile. Additionally, every individual text box and design element can be edited simply by clicking on it.
Use the left-hand navigation menu to customize your design with these tools:
🏠 Listing: Quickly pull photos and property details directly from the MLS.
Click Change Listing.
Search for your property using the MLS# or Address.
Select the listing by clicking the bubble next to the address, then click Confirm.
Click on the imported photos in the left menu to instantly drop them into your design.
🎨 Brand: View and use the exact brand colors and logos saved to your profile. Click any logo to instantly add it to your canvas.
📝 Text: Insert new text boxes. You can fully customize the font style, size, alignment, and color.
🖼️ Images: Search through thousands of high-quality stock images via the integrated Unsplash library.
🎬 Videos: Add a video from our stock video library provided by Pexels.
🔺 Shapes : Add shapes, arrows, borders, and lines to enhance your layout.
📤 Upload: Upload your own custom photos or graphics from your computer.
🌈 Background: Change the background color or texture to give your design a pop that stands out on the newsfeed.
📱 QR Code: Enter any URL to automatically generate a custom QR code that can be placed directly onto your design.
💾 Saving, Sharing, and Downloading
Once your masterpiece is finished, use the options in the top toolbar to finalize your work:
To Save: Click Save in the top-center of the screen and name your design. It will now be safely stored and accessible in your My Projects library.
To Share: Click Share to Social in the upper-right corner to immediately draft a post and schedule or publish it across your connected social media networks.
To Download: Click Download in the upper-right corner to export your file as a PDF, JPG, or PNG for printing or email marketing.
