To access the NEW Admin Management Feature in Design Studio
- Click on Design Studio in the left hand navigation
- Click on Admin Management in the upper right
Company Content Here, you can upload pre-made content for your agents to use on social media.
Agents won't be able to edit this content, so it should be completely ready to share.
1. Click UPLOAD in the upper right corner
2. SELECT the file from your device that you want to make accessible to your agents in their Company Content.
3. The Content will now appear in your Company Content Library and be available for your agents to use in their own accounts.
4. If you Click on the the 3 Dot Action Button you will have the option to;
- HIDE - Prevent your agents from seeing and using the content.
- RENAME - Gives you the ability to give your content a name that is easily discernable to your agents
- DELETE- Delete the selected content
*FILTER-You can Click the Filter button in the upper left corner to show Hidden Content and to also search by name/key word for content in your Company Content Library
TEMPLATES -Here you can create, filter, and manage the templates your agents can access and use.

- In the Admin Management Template tab you will always have additional features to make fields and elements DYNAMIC when you create templates so that your agents can use these templates and this populate with their own profile and contact information and also their listing info as well.
