Design Manager gives you total control over your brokerage's visual identity. From creating smart templates to housing a library of ready-to-use social and print content, you can empower your agents to market themselves professionally in seconds.
With Design Manager, you can share Ready to Share social media posts or create Dynamic Templates that automatically pull in an agent's personal branding and listing details.
Open Design Studio: Click Design Studio in the left-hand navigation menu of your dashboard.
Open Admin Management: Click Admin Management in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Upload finalized images or videos that agents can post directly to social media.
Upload: Click Upload in the upper right corner.
Select the file: Choose the file from your computer that you want to share with your team.
Done: The file appears in your Company Content Library and is instantly available for your agents to use.
Managing uploaded content: Click the three-dot action button on any item to Hide it from agents (it stays in your library), Rename it so agents can find it easily, or Delete it permanently. Use the Filter button in the upper left to find files by name or view content you've hidden. Learn more about Ready to Share posts.
The Templates tab is where you manage the layouts your agents can customize, which is the best way to keep your brand consistent while giving agents the flexibility they need.
Dynamic Fields: Use smart placeholders that automatically fill in the agent's name, photo, phone number, and even listing data. See how to create Smart Templates.
Agent access: Any template you create and save here is available to your agents for their own marketing. To hide a template from agents, click its three-dot action button.
