If you are using Design Studio Admin, you now have the ability to take advantage of our BRAND ASSET LIBRARY and create folders and upload images, like headshots and logos that your agents can access and use within Design Studio.
As an Admin if you would like to access the Brand Asset Library:
1-Click Design Studio from your parent account.
2-Click on Admin Management.
3-Click Brand Assets.
4- You can use either the buttons in the upper right corner to upload a file, or create a folder. This will make it easier for your agents to organize.
5-When you click the create folder button, you will be prompted to give your new folder a name and choose whether it would be visible to your agents.
6-Once your folder is created, you will be prompted to upload files into it directly.
7-Once those files are uploaded, you will have a three dot action button where you can Preview, Hide, Copy to, Move to, Rename or Delete.
8-You can even create additional folders within an already created folder to further organize your Brand Asset Library.
