This guide is perfect for Admins who want to provide their team with a centralized "Brand Kit." By organizing logos, headshots, and approved marketing images here, you ensure your agents always use the highest-quality, brand-approved assets.
Overview: Centralize your companyโs logos, agent headshots, and marketing images in one place so your agents can easily access them while designing.
Log into your parent account and click ๐ Design Studio in the left navigation.
Click โ๏ธ Admin Management in the upper right.
Select ๐ผ๏ธ Brand Assets from the menu.
Keeping your library organized makes it much easier for agents to find what they need (e.g., "Spring Campaign Logos" or "Agent Headshots").
Create a Folder: Click the Create Folder button in the upper right.
Name & Permissions: Give your folder a clear name and toggle the Visibility setting to choose if agents can see it.
Go Deeper: You can create "Sub-folders" inside existing folders for even better organization.
Direct Upload: Click the Upload File button in the upper right to add images.
Folder Upload: Once you create a folder, you will be prompted to upload files directly into it.
Every file and folder has a three-dot action button (โฎ) that allows you to maintain your library:
Preview: View the image in full size.
Hide/Show: Quickly toggle whether agents can see the asset.
Move or Copy: Shift assets between different folders.
Rename: Update the file or folder name for better searchability.
Delete: Remove assets that are no longer needed.
