📄 Back At You Social Listing Flyers

Create sleek, professional listing flyers in minutes, then share them by email, print them, or post them to social media.

⚠️ Note: Listing flyers are available on Bronze plans or higher. If you also use Back At You Office, see Property Flyers to create flyers in your Back At You Office account.

🛠️ Create a Listing Flyer

  1. Open Listings: Click the Listings tab in the left-hand navigation.

  2. Find the listing: Scroll to the listing you want to use.

  3. Open actions: Select More Actions.

  4. Start the flyer: Click Create Listing Flyer.

  5. Pick a template: Select the template you want to use.

  6. Customize: Edit your flyer. Every text box is editable; just click it and change the text.

  7. Download: When you're done, click DOWNLOAD in the upper right-hand corner and choose your format.

🧰 Editing Tools

Use the left-hand navigation buttons to customize your flyer:

  • LISTING: Swap in photos from your MLS feed. Click the photo in the flyer, then click the photo you want from the list. Resize the photo box using its outline.

  • BRAND: See your brand colors and logo.

  • TEXT: Add more text boxes.

  • PHOTOS: Browse a full photo library and search by keyword.

  • ELEMENTS: Add shapes, arrows, and more.

  • UPLOAD: Upload your own photos.

  • BACKGROUND: Change your flyer's background.

  • LAYERS: See every element in your design and turn it off, lock it, or delete it.

  • QR CODE: Enter a URL to generate a QR code you can add to the flyer.
