SocialBAY Listing Flyers

If you also use ClientBAY, please see the article Property Flyers on how to create listing flyers in your ClientBAY account.




For our SocialBAY clients with Bronze or higher, please follow the below steps to create your listing flyers:

  1. Click on the Listings Tab in the left hand navigation
  2. Scroll to the Listing that you would like to use to create a flyer
  3. Click on the CREATE LISTING FLYER button 


  1. Select the Template that you would like to use.

  1. You are then able to customize your flyer.
  2. All of the individual text boxes are completely editable by clicking on them and altering the text. 


Below is an outline of the left hand navigation buttons and tools:

1. The LISTING button in the left hand navigation will give you access to change out the photos in the flyer that are available from your MLS feed.
     a. To change these, simply click on the photo in the flyer and then click on the photo you want to exchange it with from the list of available photos in the listing tab.
      b. You can also change the size of the photo box by using the box that will outline the image. 



2.  The BRAND button in the left hand navigation allows you to see the color and logo for your brand. 
3.  You can click the TEXT button and add additional text boxes to your flyers. 




4. The PHOTOS button will give you access to a full photo library and you are even able to search by keyword as well. 
5. The ELEMENTS tab allows you to add in additional shapes, arrows, etc. to your flyer. 
6. By using the UPLOAD button, you have the ability to upload any additional photos you would like. 



7. The BACKGROUND button will allow you to change the background of your flyer. 
8. The LAYERS button will allow you to see the elements in your photo and turn them off, lock them or delete them. 
9. The QR CODE buton will allow you to enter a URL and generate a QR code that can be inserted onto the flyer. 
  1. Once the flyer is complete click the DOWNLOAD button in the upper right hand corner and select the format that you would for your flyer.
