NEW: Open House Sign In Sheets

We're excited to announce Open House Digital Sign In sheets are now available from Back At You. We believe Open Houses will have a greater importance with the new regulations from the NAR settlement, as buyers may not be willing to sign formal agreements and may, instead, attend an open house and work with a selling agent. As a result, our Open House Digital Sign In sheet uses smart technology to pull in comprehensive data and insights on your leads. You’ll love this new feature and hope you use it for all your open houses.

You now have the ability to create Open House Sign In Sheets to use for any Open Houses that you conduct.  Not only will these Sign In Sheets produce a lead that will be captured right at the moment they are filled out, they give you a professional, digital and branded to you tool to use for any open house that you hold. 

To create and use an open house for your own listings you will: 


1. Click on Listings.
2. Find the Listing that you would like to hold open and Click Manage Open Houses. 
3. Click View Open House Sign In Sheet.
*Your Open House Sign In Sheet will open in a separate browser window and is ready to use. 



If you want to Use an Open House Sign In Sheet for a Company Listing: 

1. Click Listings. 
2. Click Company Listings. 
3. Click Actions on the selected Listing.
4. Click View Open House Sign In Sheet.

If you want to Edit an Open House Sign In Sheet for your listing or a company listing you will: 

1. Click Manage Open Houses on the selected listing.
2. Click Edit Open House Sign In Sheet and and you now have the opportunity to Edit the Image, Text,  Text Color, Title Text, Description Text, Brand Color. Add up to 3 Additional Questions and even Edit the Thank You Page Message. 



*You can choose to SAVE for this particular listing or SAVE AND APPLY TO ALL for these changes to apply to all future open houses. 

If you would like to Edit the Automated Email Response sent to your lead you will: 

 1. Click Manage Open Houses on the selected listing.
​2. Click Edit Open House Sign In Sheet.
3. Scroll to Edit Email Sent to My Leads and Click Edit. 
4. You will be able to choose the Default Message or Custom Message from the Drop Down. 
5. If you choose Custom Message you are able to type your own message and even take advantage of the dynamic variables to type the message your leads will receive after they fill out the Open House Sign In Sheet.
