⚠️ Note: If you use both Back At You Office and Back At You Social, access your Open House Sign-In Sheets from Back At You Office.

🏠 Use a Sign-In Sheet for Your Listing

  1. Open Listings: Click Listings.

  2. Manage the open house: Find the listing you're holding open and click Manage Open Houses.

  3. Open the sheet: Click View Open House Sign In Sheet. It opens in a separate browser window, ready to use.

🏘️ Use a Sign-In Sheet for a Company Listing

  1. Open Listings: Click Listings.

  2. Go to Company Listings: Click Company Listings.

  3. Open actions: Click Actions on the listing.

  4. Open the sheet: Click View Open House Sign In Sheet. It opens in a separate browser window, ready to use.

✏️ Customize Your Sign-In Sheet

  1. Manage the open house: Click Manage Open Houses on the listing.

  2. Edit the sheet: Click Edit Open House Sign In Sheet. You can edit the image, text, text color, title text, description text, and brand color, add up to 3 additional questions, and edit the Thank You page message.

  3. Save: Click SAVE for this listing only, or SAVE AND APPLY TO ALL to use these changes for all future open houses.

📧 Edit the Automatic Email to Your Leads

  1. Manage the open house: Click Manage Open Houses on the listing.

  2. Edit the sheet: Click Edit Open House Sign In Sheet.

  3. Find the email setting: Scroll to Edit Email Sent to My Leads and click Edit.

  4. Choose a message: Select Default Message or Custom Message from the drop-down.

  5. Write your own (optional): With Custom Message, type the message your leads receive after they sign in. You can use dynamic variables to personalize it.
