🏡 All About Open Houses

Schedule in-person and virtual open houses right from Back At You Social to showcase your listings online. Open houses you schedule also appear on the Single Property Website we create for each listing!

🚪 Schedule an In-Person Open House

1. Open Listings: Go to the Listings tab in Back At You Social.

2. Manage the open house: To the right of the listing, click Manage an Open House.

3. Choose In Person: Select In Person.

4. Set the date and time: Enter when the open house starts and select Continue.

5. Promote it (optional): Confirm the details. To create a social media post about it, click Continue to Schedule Post.

📹 Schedule a Live Virtual Open House

1. Open Listings: Go to the Listings tab.

2. Manage the open house: To the right of the listing, click Manage an Open House.

3. Choose virtual: Select Virtual Open House, then Live Stream.

4. Set the date and time: Enter when the live open house starts.

5. Add the stream link: Enter the URL where people can watch. You can use any live-streaming service.

6. Promote it (optional): Confirm the details. To create a social media post about it, click Continue to Schedule Post.

🎬 Schedule a Recorded Virtual Open House

1. Open Listings: Go to the Listings tab.

2. Manage the open house: To the right of the listing, click Manage an Open House.

3. Choose virtual: Select Virtual Open House, then Recorded Video.

4. Set availability: Enter how long the video should be available.

5. Add the video link: Enter the URL where people can watch. You can use any video hosting service.

6. Promote it (optional): Confirm the details. To create a social media post about it, click Continue to Schedule Post.

📝 Open House Sign-In Sheets

Every open house you schedule appears on the listing's Single Property Website with a Register button.

• Live and recorded open houses: Visitors fill out the form to receive the live link or the recorded video, and you receive their lead information.

• In-person open houses: Pull up the registration sheet and have visitors sign in there instead of on paper. It captures their lead information automatically!

✏️ Edit or Delete an Open House

1. Find the listing: In the Listings tab, find the property with the scheduled open house.

2. View upcoming open houses: Look beneath the property photo to see all upcoming open houses for that listing.

3. Edit or delete: Select the pencil icon to edit the details, or the trash icon to delete the open house.

Open houses from your MLS feed: If an open house comes into Back At You Social from your MLS feed, you can choose whether it displays on the Single Property Website we create for you.
