Ordering Postcards in SocialBAY

Ordering Postcards is easy! You can find FAQs HERE



  1. Select the Listings tab on your left hand side navigation Menu
  2. Find the listing that you would like to order a postcard for and click on the CREATE A POSTCARD ORDER tab on the right. 
  3. In the pop up window SELECT the Postcard you would like to send. 
  4. EDIT the FRONT AND BACK OF YOUR POSTCARD. You can edit the images, wording, font and color boxes. 
  5. Click SAVE AND CONTINUE
  6. Next you will be taken to the ordering screen
  7. You can upload a list of people that you would like to send this postcard to OR utilize our Target 360 Delivery option.
  8. Once you have added your recipients click SAVE AND CONTINUE
  9. REVIEW your order quantities and your total on the next screen.
  10. If you approve click PAYMENT and enter your payment information on the next screen
Once you place your order, you are not able to go back and edit the postcard.
Please make sure everything looks correct before placing the order!​
