Ok, so how does pricing work?
We're using a tier system that will help you save more the more you buy! Take a look:
- 25-100 postcards ordered = $1.05/postcard
- 101-200 postcards ordered = $0.95/postcard
- 201+ postcards ordered $0.85/postcard
There is a minimum of 25 postcards per order.
How long does the process take, from order date to delivery?
First Class shipping will take 2-5 business days between placing your order and when your postcards are delivered.
Sounds pretty good. Will I be able to track my order?
You'll get three emails during the process, so you can track the status of your order: Email #1: Your order is processed & getting ready to be printed; Email #2: Your order has been printed and is out for delivery; Email #3: Your order has been delivered!
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
You have a one hour grace period to cancel. If you see a change that you need to make after your order has been submitted, cancel the order, edit and then reorder within that one hour grace period. This can be done by clicking the 3 dot action button on your Print Order Dashboard for that order. Please carefully review the online proof of your order before submitting it. After that hour, the request goes to our partner and is completely out of our hands.
Will I receive a copy of my ordered postcards?
During the checkout process, you will see the option to have a copy sent to your return address. If you want a copy, check that box!
Do you have options for different sizes and card stock?
Currently, we only offer 6" x 9" postcards. Card stock is 14pt glossy with UV coating on both sides.
Who do my postcards get delivered to?
You have two options when selecting recipients for your postcards: Upload a list of your own contacts and our 360 target delivery method. You can choose one method or utilize both!
I'm not a graphic designer. Do you have pre-designed templates for me?
Absolutely! We've got a number of great designs for you. You can edit the images, colors, and text (including font and font colors!) on these templates to make them your own.
