ADMIN: Postcard Templates in Design Studio Admin

๐Ÿ“ฌ Managing Postcard Templates in Design Studio Admin

Overview

As a Design Studio Admin, you can design custom postcards from scratch or manage which existing templates are available for your agents to use and order.

โœจ Creating a Custom Postcard Template

Follow these steps to build a unique postcard specifically for your brokerage.

  1. ๐Ÿ  Navigate to Design Studio: Click on Design Studio in your main menu.

  2. โš™๏ธ Access Admin Tools: Click on Admin Management and then select Templates.

  3. โž• Start a New Design: Click the Create Templates button.

  4. ๐Ÿ“„ Choose Your Format: Select Postcard from the list of options.

  5. ๐ŸŽจ Design Your Card: Use the editing tools to build your custom postcard.

  6. ๐Ÿ’พ Save Your Work: Once finished, click Save. You can save it as a Draft if you're still working, or Active if itโ€™s ready for agents to use.

  7. ๐Ÿ“ Categorize: Select the appropriate category so your agents can easily find it.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Managing Existing Templates (Preview, Hide, & Copy)

You can control which "Back At You" templates your agents see by using the three-dot action menu.

  1. โš™๏ธ Go to Admin Management: Click Design Studio > Admin Management > Templates.

  2. ๐Ÿ” Locate Templates: Click Create Templates and select Postcard to see the full library of available designs.

  3. ๐Ÿ–ฑ๏ธ Open Options: Click the three-dot action button (โ‹ฎ) on any template to see your choices:

    • ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Preview: See exactly what the front and back of the postcard look like.

    • ๐Ÿšซ Hide: Use this to prevent your agents from seeing or using a specific template.

    • ๐Ÿ‘ฏ Duplicate: Create a copy of an existing template so you can tweak the design and save it as your own.

๐Ÿงน How to Filter Your Templates

Easily find specific designs or manage your hidden templates using filters.

  1. โš™๏ธ Go to Templates: Navigate to Design Studio > Admin Management > Templates.

  2. Filter Search: Click the Filter button.

  3. ๐Ÿ“ Refine Your View: Select Postcard and then choose your criteria:

    • Status: Active or Draft.

    • Owner: Who created the template.

    • Category: The specific theme of the card.

    • Hidden: Toggle this to see (or hide) the templates youโ€™ve previously removed from agent view.
