NEW: Postcard Templates in Design Studio Admin

As a Design Studio Admin user, you now can create custom postcards for your brokerage. You can also choose which of the Back At You postcard templates that you allow your users to see and order as well. 

1-Postcard Templates:

  1. Click Design Studio
  2. Click Admin Management
  3. Click Templates
  4. Click Create Templates
  5. Select Postcard
  6. Create a fully custom and dynamic postcard with our editing tools.

  1. You will then Save the Postcard as Draft or Active and choose the category for that postcard template

2- Additional Postcard Actions: 

As an ADMIN using DSA  I will be able to PREVIEW, HIDE and DUPLICATE (to copy and make changes) the BAY templates.​
  1. Click Design Studio
  2. Click Admin Management
  3. Click Templates
  4. Click Create Templates
  5. Select Postcard
  6. You will see all of the Back At You Templates 
  7. Click the 3 dot action button 
  8. Choose whether you would like to Preview the template -this will allow you to see what the front and the back of the postcard will look like. 
  9. Choose whether you would like to Hide the template - this will prevent your agents from seeing or using this template. 
  10. Choose whether you would like to Duplicate the template - this will allow you to create a copy of the Back At You template and make changes and save your new customized template. 


3- Filter Postcard Templates: 

  1. Click Design Studio
  2. Click Admin Management
  3. Click Templates
  4. Click Filter
  5. Select Postcard
  6. Choose the Status, Owner, Category and whether or not you would like to Display the Templates that you have Hidden.
