Save time and keep your social media active by letting SocialBAY automatically post and advertise your new listings.
Auto-posting automatically shares your listings to your social media channels the moment they go live or have a price reduction.
Go to Settings ⚙️ (top right) and select Listing Automation.
From the dropdown, select Your Listings.
Toggle the Auto-Post My Listings switch to ON.
Customize your triggers: Click Edit ✏️ to choose if you want your New Listings or Price Reduced Listings to auto post, OR BOTH! Hit Save.
The 3-Hour Window: We’ll send you an email notification 3 hours before a post goes live. You can use this time to make edits or cancel the post.
Future Listings Only: Enabling this will not post listings currently in your tab; it only applies to new activity moving forward.
Daily Schedule: To avoid spamming your followers, multiple listings are spaced out at: 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, and 7pm.
Open House Auto Posting: You may see an option to Auto Post your Open Houses. Please note that Open House auto-posting is dependent on your MLS feed and might not be available to you even if you see the option available in SocialBAY.
Make your automated posts feel personal by adjusting the captions and the visual style.
Navigate to Settings > Listings.
Click Customize to edit the verbiage for "New Listings," "Just Reduced," or "Company Listings."
Pro Tip: Use Dynamic Variables like {Price} or {Address} to ensure each post automatically pulls the correct data.
In the Listings settings, scroll down to Listing Post Designs.
Under Listing Overlay Template, click Change.
Select your preferred template and click Save.
Once Auto-Posting is on, you can choose to automatically put ad spend behind those posts to reach a wider audience.
Set Your Audience: Choose to target by Radius (around the listing address) or by specific Cities.
Select Campaign Type: Choose between Social Media Ads, Web Ads, or a Bundle (both).
Set Your Budget: Select your total spend and the duration of the ad. You can choose to advertise only "New Listings" or only "Price Reductions."
Confirm: Review your settings and click confirm!
What if I want to change a post before it goes out? Check your email! We notify you 3 hours before any automated action. You can jump into SocialBAY to edit the text or cancel the ad/post entirely.
