Because of updated Listing Feed compliance regulations, some sensitive listing details may have restricted visibility on public websites. Here's why certain fields might be hidden or disabled, and how display options work for your listings.
To keep the platform standardized and comply with strict Listing Feed data regulations, some fields can't always be shown publicly. These regulations apply to:
Price
Property Address
Days on Market (DOM) / Days on Site
Square Footage
Description
Instead of one blanket setting for an entire Listing Feed region, visibility for these fields is now managed through listing-level permissions.
Check field visibility: Review your listing in the listing details tab to see which fields are editable.
Review display options: If you see banner information for any of the fields above, your Listing Feed has restricted that field from public view.
Verify the public IDX display: Confirm whether the whole listing or only specific fields are restricted on public IDX agent websites.
Check your live site: After updating your listing, check your public website. If the restricted field doesn't appear on the listing page, the MLS compliance rule is active.
Think a field is restricted in error? Contact your local Listing Feed administrator to review your listing's display permissions.
