Why Aren't My Listings Showing Up? (U.S. clients)

Are you not able to connect your listings in SocialBAY? If you're having difficulty getting your listings to sync and connect with your Back At You SocialBAY, it could be for one or more of the following reasons:


1) We are only able to connect to listings in the Active status with MLS’s supported by ListHub. Are you not able to “Connect Now” and “Connect Your Listings to Reach Potential Buyers In Your Area?” ListHub does not syndicate Coming Soon, Pending, Contingent or Sold status listings. If you are attempting to connect a listing in this status please enter an MLS ID for a listing in the Active status. ***Please note ListHub does not send all status updates to Back At You. We only pick up new listings and price reductions. Listing Status updates will be a manual process. This means you will have to manually edit and update the listing status on your Listing tab in SocialBAY. Listing status updates are the responsibility of the client and are not part of Back At You’s listing automation for Coming Soon, Pending, Contingent or Sold status updates.


2) Due to MLS delays, listings may take up to 72 hours to appear in your SocialBAY after being added to your MLS.

 

3) Your MLS does not render certain fields where ListHub can recognize the text (MLS’s are typically old, legacy systems that don't work well with 3rd parties).

 

4) Listings could be on multiple MLS’s so we need MLS numbers for each listing on each MLS.

 

5) An error was made while adding the listing to your MLS, preventing ListHub and your SocialBAY from receiving it.


6) ListHub is supported by certain MLS sources and if your MLS is not supported, Back At You will not be able to receive your listings. To see if your MLS is supported by ListHub, click here: https://www.listhub.com/who-we-work-with/. If ListHub does not support your MLS, you can request that they add your MLS. To make this request, follow this link: https://app.listhub.com/accounts/registerbroker.action and scroll down to the link that says "Request an unsupported MLS"



7) Your Broker did not add us to their publisher list in their ListHub account or they don't have a ListHub account


**** If you’d like to connect your listings to your SocialBAY account, please make sure you follow the instructions below to expedite the connection of your MLS feed.***


 You’ll need to create a free ListHub Broker account HERE- https://app.listhub.com/accounts/registerbroker.action***Please be sure to include your office

 id/codes on this form.


Once your ListHub account is created, you’ll need to select Back At You as a publisher in your Publishers tab.


It can take ListHub 7-10 days to configure your account.

During that time, ListHub may reach out for additional information so please keep an eye out for additional correspondence.

Your account setup is finalized once you recieve an email confirmation from ListHub indicating that your account has been configured.
It’s important to note the date of that configuration email because it will take an additional 2-3 days before your listings begin syndicating to your selected Publishers.
