🏠 Why Aren't My Listings Showing Up? (U.S. Clients) – ListHub Connection

Having trouble getting your listings to sync with Back At You Social? For U.S. clients, listings come to us through ListHub. Here are the most common reasons a listing doesn't show up, and how to fix them.

🔍 Common Reasons Listings Don't Appear

  1. The listing isn't Active: We can only connect listings in Active status from MLSs supported by ListHub. ListHub does not syndicate Coming Soon, Pending, Contingent, or Sold listings. If you're trying to connect your feed with one of those, enter the MLS ID of an Active listing instead.

  2. MLS delays: Listings may take up to 72 hours to appear in Back At You Social after being added to your MLS.

  3. Unreadable MLS fields: Your MLS may not render certain fields in a way ListHub can recognize. MLSs are often older, legacy systems that don't work well with third parties.

  4. Multiple MLSs: A listing can be on more than one MLS, so we need the MLS number for each listing on each MLS.

  5. An entry error: A mistake made while adding the listing to your MLS can keep ListHub, and Back At You Social, from receiving it.

  6. Your MLS isn't supported: If ListHub doesn't support your MLS, we can't receive your listings. Check whether ListHub supports your MLS. If it doesn't, you can ask ListHub to add it: go to the ListHub broker registration page and scroll down to Request an unsupported MLS.

  7. Your broker hasn't added us: Your broker didn't add Back At You to the publisher list in their ListHub account, or doesn't have a ListHub account.

⚠️ Status updates are manual: ListHub doesn't send every status update to Back At You. We only pick up new listings and price reductions. Updating a listing to Coming Soon, Pending, Contingent, or Sold is your responsibility: edit the status on your Listings tab in Back At You Social. These updates aren't part of our listing automation.

🛠️ Connect Your MLS Feed Through ListHub

To speed up connecting your listings to Back At You Social:

  1. Create a free ListHub Broker account: Sign up on the ListHub broker registration page. Be sure to include your office ID/codes on the form.

  2. Add Back At You as a publisher: Once your ListHub account is created, select Back At You as a publisher in your Publishers tab.

  3. Wait for configuration: ListHub can take 7–10 days to configure your account and may reach out for more information, so watch your inbox.

  4. Watch for the confirmation email: Setup is finalized when ListHub emails you that your account has been configured. Note the date: it takes another 2–3 days before your listings start syndicating to your selected publishers.

💡 In the meantime: add your listing manually so you can start using Back At You Social's listing marketing tools right away.
