ADMIN: Parent Account & Parent Email

What is the PARENT ACCOUNT?


Each enterprise account gets a brokerage level account which we call the PARENT ACCOUNT.

This account is used to: 

  • Manage and post to the connected brokerage social media accounts.

  • Add, delete and maintain users within your network.

  • Post to your agent’s connected social media accounts and much more.


What is the PARENT EMAIL ACCOUNT?

The PARENT EMAIL ACCOUNT is used in the set up of your brokerage enterprise account.

*Typically this is an email address that is not associated with any one user, for example info@companyname.com.

 

The Parent email address will be used as follows: 

  • It is the Login “username” for the brokerage account.

  • Default email address to display on many pieces of outward facing content.  

  • Default email address where lead notifications are directed for the brokerage account.
