🏛️ Understanding the Parent Account
Think of the Parent Account as the "Command Center" for your entire brokerage. Every enterprise account is provided with one high-level account to manage the bigger picture.
What can you do with it? 🛠️
Company Social Media: Manage and post directly to your brokerage’s official social media pages.
User Management: Add, delete, and maintain all the agents and users within your network.
Network Distribution: Create content and push it out to all of your agents' connected social media accounts simultaneously.
📧 What is the Parent Email Account?
The Parent Email Account is the primary contact and login address used to set up your brokerage enterprise account.
💡 Best Practice: We recommend using a general office email (e.g., info@yourbrokerage.com or marketing@yourbrokerage.com) rather than a specific person's email address.
How this email is used:
Your Username: This is the "ID" you’ll use to log in to the Parent Account.
Public Branding: It acts as the default email address displayed on your outward-facing marketing content.
Lead Notifications: This is where the system sends lead alerts and notifications specifically for the brokerage account.
