ADMIN: Parent Settings Recap

This article is for our clients with SocialBAY only 

What is your SocialBAY Parent Account - Each enterprise account gets a brokerage level account which we call the PARENT ACCOUNT.
This account is used to: 
Manage and post to the connected brokerage social media account.
Add, delete and maintain users within your network.
Post to your agent’s connected social media accounts and much more.


Reminder!!! 

In order to access the Parent SocialBAY account, you’ll navigate to smc.backatyou.com

***please remember that you will use your parent email account and password to log in. 

Below are some Settings we recommend you review: 

Profile:   This is where you can set all of the profile information for your company. This will pull over for the branding of your posts in SocialBAY and across to your connected social media networks. For a detailed explanation of each these settings CLICK HERE. 

As a reminder, the branding elements will be automatically inherited by your agents as they get connected. 

Content: In the content portion of settings, you will be able to connect your companies social media networks. You will also be able to localize your Back at You created content, scheduling frequency as well as setting important items like your Content Signature for the Parent Account. You can see what each of these settings are by clicking HERE. 

Listings: In the listings section of your parent account profile you will be able to manage several items for your companies listings. You will also be able to set and lock some branding elements for your brokerage as well. Please review these important settings HERE.

Listing Engine- As a reminder, this tool is set up from the Parent account only. You can set up the auto posting and advertising for specific agents, groups or for all agents. The ads are paid for by the company on behalf of the respective listing agent. Here is a guide to turn this on. How To Enable Your Listing Engine

Ads  
        1. Location Targeting-We will use these locations as your defaults for advertised content that you create. You can always change your targeting ad-by-ad. 
        2. Listings Ads Campaign Type - This setting allows you to choose a campaign objective when creating listing ads for your company page or your agents. You can choose website traffic or leads as the desired objective. To learn more about Custom Ads you can CLICK HERE
        3. Backup Agent Advertising - If an agent's Page is restricted from advertising for any reason, we can create an advertised "dark" post using your company's Page instead. This ad will not appear on your company's Page, it will simply be advertised using the company Page.

Notifications
        1. Lead Email Notifications - You can enter up to 4 email addresses to have notified of any new leads that come in. 
        2. SMS/Text Notifications - You can turn on the option to also have your new leads texted to you here. 
        3. Set Your Email Preferences -  Use these options to decide which type of email reminders you would like to receive

Billing- Here you will see your current credit card information for auto billing and will also be able to review any charges to your account. 

Act As: 

To “Act As” another user’s SocialBAY account, you must be logged in to the Parent account first. Then follow the steps outlined here: How To Act As Another User
