This guide is designed exclusively for Back At You Social clients to help you get your company profile launch-ready. 🚀

👤 Setting Up Your Company Profile

Your profile is the "brain" of your account—it controls the branding, contact details, and links that appear on your social posts and marketing materials.

📋 Profile Essentials

Review each section below to ensure your branding is consistent and accurate.

  1. Personal Identity 🆔

Fill in your Name, Profile Photo, and Phone Numbers.

    • Note: This info applies specifically to the Parent Account. Your agents (Child Accounts) will enter their own personal details on their individual profiles.

  2. Company Information 🏢

Ensure the Company Name, Company Phone, and Agent License Number are filled out with your brokerage's official details.

  3. Login & Notifications 📧

Your Email/Username and Password section is where you’ll manage your credentials and where we will send important account notifications.

  4. Public Marketing Details 📣

These fields are used for all public-facing marketing across the service:

    • Display Name: The name shown on your posts.

    • Display Email: The contact email for potential leads.

    • Display Phone: The number you want clients to call.

  5. Bio & Signatures ✍️

    • My Bio Description: This pulls directly onto your Single Property Websites. Make it professional and engaging!

    • Email Signature: This is used in auto-reply messages sent to new leads.

  6. Websites & Links 🌐

    • Personal Website URL: The main link where people can learn more about your brokerage.

    • Find a Home (IDX) URL: The specific link that allows users to search your active listings.

💡 Pro-Tip for Parent Accounts

Since this is a Parent Account, remember that the branding you set here represents the Company Page. Agent-specific posts will automatically pull from the information the agents enter in their own "Child Account" settings.
