ADMIN: SocialBAY Only Profile Settings
This article is for our clients with SocialBAY only
Profile: This is where you can set all of the profile information for your company. This will pull over for the branding of your posts in SocialBAY.
**As a reminder, the branding elements will be automatically inherited by your agents as they get connected.
Navigate to Settings >>Profile and review each section within your profile settings to ensure the correct information is displayed and branding elements are correct.
1. Name, Profile Photo, Primary Phone Number, and Primary Mobile Number should be filled out to identify specifics about your parent account.
This information will apply specifically to the parent account and its connected social media accounts and posts. Each child account (agent) will have the opportunity to put their personal information
and photos that will apply to their platform and posts here.
2. Company Name, Company Phone and Agent License Number should be filled out with information pertaining to the Company
3.Platform Logo - This logo will be used within the Back At You platform and will be inherited by your agents. This logo can also be locked to prevent your agents from changing in their account.
4. Dark Logo and Light Logo Will be displayed based on the background of the content we are creating. It will be inherited by your agents. This logo can also be locked to prevent your agents from changing in their account.
5. Company Branding - Each element is set in the parent account for the entire brokerage. These settings will be inherited by your agents and can be locked to prevent them from changing in their account.
- Platform Color Set the accent color you'd like highlighted in the navigation bar behind the logo.
- Single Property Website Color Set the color you'd like highlighted on the websites we create for your listings.
- Trending Home News Blog Color Set the color you'd like highlighted in the header of the blog we manage for you.
- Landing Page Buttons Set the default button color you'd like to use for landing pages. Since button text will be white, consider a relatively dark button color. *These changes will not apply to any custom landing pages that have already been created.
6. Email/Username and Password is where you will recieve notifications about your accoun.
7. Display Name will be used for public facing marketing across our service
8. DIsplay Email will be used for public facing marketing across our service
9. Display Phone Number will be used for public facing marketing across our service
10. My Bio Description will be used on your Single Property Websites
11. Email Signature used in auto reply messages sent to leads
12. Personal Website URL allows people to visit your sites
13. Find a Home (IDX) URL allows people to search your listings
