As an Admin, you have the ability to create custom dynamic templates for your agents to use. Build it once, and let your team run with it!
💡 Please Note: You must have Design Studio Admin permissions to use this feature. If you would like to add this feature to your account, please contact support@backatyou.com.
📝 How to Create Your Custom Template
Follow these steps to get started:
Click on Design Studio
Select Overview
Click on Admin Management
Select Templates
Click Create Template
Choose Custom
Set your size: Enter the dimensions you'd like for your template.
⚠️ Note: Width and Height cannot exceed 24 inches or 6,000 x 6,000 px.
Click Create Project
